White stones from the East Coast of the South Island with garden leaves & flowers
As an artist I am constantly creating and Mandelas have become a way to create something that is temporary, that serves a moment in time to represent something significant.
The one pictured here was made as we were returning after our pandemic retreat. The white stones gathered on the East Coast, the leaves and flowers from an early morning walk around our garden, and the central candle was lit to celebrate the preparation for our return to holding Interfaith Gatherings after the sabbatical of three months .
